The marketing division of our company is launching a work life initiative. Although “work life” is part of the business vernacular, it has some baggage. It connotes female issue, reduced work schedules, reduced productivity. We want our initiative to be more inclusive (not just for women.) We want it to be about working differently (not less) and about better business results through improved personal productivity. Help us name this new initiative.

    A: Name should convey what the initiative is about. Clarity is better but would consider an abstract name with a clarifying tag line.
